This is no good if you\’re stuck with a particular problem and have a one hour time-slot in which to study.

We recommend that you search for training programs that use several support centres around the globe in several time-zones. Each one should be integrated to provide a single interface together with round-the-clock access, when you want it, without any problems.

Don\’t ever make the mistake of taking second best when you\’re looking for the right support service. The majority of would-be IT professionals that give up, are in that situation because they didn\’t get the support necessary for them.
